We’re incredibly proud to share that AE has been listed in the C&IT Top 50 Conference & Incentive Travel Agencies for 2025 - a milestone moment for our team and the first time we’ve featured in this prestigious ranking.
Each year, C&IT collates, analyses and reviews detailed trend and financial data from agencies across the UK events industry. The result is a carefully ranked Top 50 list, alongside the highly respected State of the Industry Agency Report, which captures the key forces shaping our sector.
Today, 19 December 2025, we’re delighted to announce that AE has achieved a high-ranking position within this year’s report.
What unites the agencies featured is momentum. These are businesses that have honed their own specialist models and are successfully translating them into sustained, profitable growth. To be included among what C&IT describes as the UK’s most dynamic, capable and successful agencies — setting the gold standard for the business events industry — is a real honour.
Our Managing Director, Alister De Ternant, shared his thoughts on the achievement:
“Being named in C&IT’s Top 50 Agencies for the first time is a huge milestone for AE. It’s a rigorous, in-depth assessment of an agency’s true market position, so to be recognised in this way is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Our contribution to C&IT’s State of the Industry: Agency Report highlights the strength of our thinking, insight and experience in a fast-evolving events landscape. We always strive to stay one step ahead in both vision and delivery, and it’s fantastic to see that reflected on such a respected platform.
A massive thank you to our brilliant team — past and present — and our amazing clients. This recognition belongs to all of you, and I’m excited about what’s next for AE.”
We were also thrilled to receive additional recognition in two C&IT sub-categories, reinforcing the momentum behind our growth:
Top ten for Turnover Growth (%)
Recognising agencies turning smart strategy into rapid expansion
Blended Staff Growth
Highlighting agencies investing in new talent and building long-term strength
These achievements reflect the passion, expertise and commitment of our team, and the trust our clients place in us every day.
