In December 2022, AE was commissioned to develop and take to market an innovative pain management clinic in Leicester. The client - a team of qualified, medical professionals - wanted to provide affordable, alternative treatments and services for patients who were struggling to get results through the public healthcare system.

The scope comprised Brand Development, Marketing and PR, Events, Digital, and Cultivation.

AE set about developing a brand that reflected a high-end, London-vibe clinic, creating a distinct logo, sophisticated colour palette, and new premium name for an expanding service proposition. Thus Healand Clinic was born.


As the products and services expanded, so did the differing target audiences, each requiring a bespoke marketing strategy - aligning personas, key messages, and channels for maximum impact. The team built a comprehensive website, set up social media accounts and created marketing materials for online and offline media before the launch.

The following months comprised digital and PR campaigns to raise awareness of the clinic opening, educate on the treatments available, and convert bookings for consultations. AE repurposed content, developed case studies, and cultivated media and partnership opportunities to ensure a continued pipeline of website visitors, enquiries, and bookings.
