ETC Finance wanted a fresh, vibrant, and engaging new website that reflected their approach to accountancy and to win new clients.

 

Their current site was outdated, lacked functionality, and was perceived as dry.

After reviewing the current website and competitor websites, and conducting stakeholder research, the team developed a quirky new brand featuring an ostrich, based on the insight that business owners often 'bury their heads in the sand' when it comes to finances.

Keeping the same logo, AE developed new colours, assets, strapline, and messaging that would stand out within the accountancy industry.

Keeping the customer's needs front and centre, and drawing on key motivations, the team built a clean website denoting the services available and team members.

Clear, easy to access call-to-actions feature prominently for times when clients need urgent support.

 

Updated copy, iterations of the ostrich, and innovative animations gives a fresh take on accountancy, while still delivering on audience expectations in their search for an accounting firm.

The website was optimised for desktop and mobile devices, based on customer insights, alongside a comprehensive SEO audit, to deliver a complete user experience.
