Executive Assistant

Salary: £37,500 p.a.

We are looking for Executive Assistant to provide executive and personal support to the Managing Director and take ownership of the company calendars and arrangement of meetings.

Duties will include creating client contracts, processing and reporting of monthly payroll, reconciling and processing inbound and outbound invoices; being a central business administration support function for the organisation, its clients and its associated projects as well as the lead on all the external policies, insurance, contracts and their affiliated renewals by directly managing a five-figure budget and negotiating the best deals for the business.

 

You will have exceptional administration, organisational and management skills, excellent time management ability and be a strong communicator with a broad vision and ability to plan ahead. A successful multi-tasker who can juggle conflicting priorities and time pressures and can manage situations with transparency and humility.

We are looking for a tenacious individual of a confident nature who is commercially minded individual with a professional approach and is a team player with a fun nature and positive outlook.

Graphic Designer

£25.5K-£28.5K p.a. DOE

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and focussed professional, who can provide professional and quality graphic design and artwork for print and digital and 3D events and communications, to work on site in our Leicester office. 


This is an extremely varied role for someone who wants to really get involved with a wide range of clients and brands following brand guidelines and design briefs to create artwork for various large format print and collateral. 


You will embody the agency’s passion and attitude to get stuck in right from the start, working on in-depth projects from day one, utilising your excellent graphic design, web building and 3D visualisation skills - that allow the viewer/client to fully immerse themselves and begin their journey with a clear picture.

Marketing Account Manager

£35K-£37.5K p.a. DOE 

 

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, organised and dynamic Marketing Account Manager to work across our portfolio of highly complex and multi-faceted regional, national and international projects and a wide array of clients.


This is a varied role responsible for all aspects of marketing across the business as well as account managing a range of clients who represent some of the most prestigious brands in the UK and operate in a diverse spectrum of sectors from technology, hotels and hospitality to defence, leisure and sustainability - to name but a few. 


You will be a seasoned marketer with a strong track record of creating and delivering marketing strategies, tactics and campaigns. You are also likely to have had previous - account management experience gained within an agency environment. 


You will embody the agency’s passion and attitude to get stuck in right from the start, working on in-depth projects from day one, utilising your skills and experience to manage multiple accounts and deliver quality marketing campaigns that create strategic sales opportunities for our company and clients.

Events Project Manager

£30K-£35K p.a. DOE 

 

If you want to be part of a highly ambitious and dynamic creative team, based in Leicester city centre, with the opportunity to touch all aspects of our business and truly test your skills to make your mark on the industry - this is your opportunity!

Working closely with all departments, the Events Project Manager will be responsible for our client’s events and projects from initial conception to final delivery and later review. 

 

As the company's lead on each event and our client’s key point of contact, you will need to have a hands-on, yet strategic approach; be able to multi-task with conflicting priorities and demonstrate authority, industry knowledge and confidence in your planning and decision skills; delivering tangible results for our clients and ultimately, their customers.

You will have responsibility for the development, scheduling and implementation of multi-faceted events and projects, whilst balancing highly complex relationships and processes with clients, sponsors and stakeholders; to ensure that the company’s contractual obligations are exceeded and delivered on-time and within budget.
